1. APARTMENT CARE

* Keep the environment clean and organized throughout your stay.

* Wash used dishes and avoid leaving food scraps outside the refrigerator.

* Dispose of trash regularly. Please DO NOT leave trash bags inside the apartment at check-out. Use the containers located in garages G2 and G3 for proper disposal.

* Avoid damage to furniture, appliances, and utensils. In case of breakage or malfunction, please notify the host immediately.


2. ECONOMY AND SUSTAINABILITY

* When leaving the apartment, turn off the air conditioning, lights, and all electronics.

* DO NOT waste water. The planet and the condominium thank you for your cooperation.


3. RESPECT AND COEXISTENCE

* VISITORS AND EVENTS: Visitors, parties, or events are not permitted.

* SILENCE: Maintain silence after 10 PM and avoid loud noises at any time for the well-being of all.

* IDENTIFICATION: The condominium may require the use of identification bracelets for the security of all residents.


4. PROHIBITIONS

* SMOKING IS PROHIBITED inside the apartment and in the common areas of the building.

* PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

* Do not dispose of toilet paper, sanitary pads, or other materials in the toilet. Use the waste bin available in the bathroom.


5. SECURITY AND ACCESS

* The building features a 24-hour concierge and facial biometric access for your security.

* All guests must send a photo ID document up to 72 hours before check-in for clearance at the concierge.

* MINORS: Minors under 16 years old can only stay accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or with judicial authorization.


6. RESPONSIBLE CHECK-OUT

* To ensure that the next guest finds the apartment in perfect condition, we kindly ask for your cooperation before leaving:

* Turn off the lights and air conditioning.
