Paid private parking next door (building without garage) or free parking on the street. All 220V. Perfect for relaxing!

The apartment is located in a quiet and safe area, just a 1-minute walk from the beach. Access is easy for those arriving by car or public transport. The building has a simple and secure entrance. Nearby, there are supermarkets (Extra and OXXO), pharmacies, restaurants, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

By car: Coming from São Paulo, take the Rodovia dos Imigrantes or Anchieta highways to Cônego Domênico Rangoni, then take the Rodovia Padre Manoel da Nóbrega (SP-55). Exit at Km 67, towards Praia Grande — Vila Guilhermina. Follow Av. Guilhermina to Rua Haiti, nº 79 (the building's facade is white with blue details). By public transport: There are intercity bus lines that leave from the capital to the Praia Grande bus station. From there, you can take a taxi, ride-sharing service, or local bus to Rua Haiti, which is near the center of the neighborhood. The area is easily accessible, with well-signposted streets and nearby shops. *No garage in the building*, but there is private parking next door (CONTRACT SERVICE DIRECTLY WITH THEM - APPROX. R$ 60.00).
